Real-time Coordinate Data Acquisition via Instrument Connection
Real-time Measurement Data Reception via Instrument Connection: Connects with total stations and GNSS receivers to receive measurement data in real-time. Once connected, it can replace the original manufacturer’s software for staking out, eliminating the hassle of manual input and reducing errors due to input mistakes.
Supported total station brands include: Leica, Topcon, South, Sokkia, Stonex, Su Yiguang, Pentax, Zhongwei, Kolida, Nikon, Kewi, Bofei, Ruide, and Zhonghaida.
Supported RTK brands include: Hi-Target series, Sinocore, Qianxun, South series, Hengrong series, Pentax, Zhongwei, Tianshuo, Sokkia, and Zhonghaida series.
Key Functions for ApeSurvey
Road Staking
The software can calculate the design coordinates of any center or side stake for road staking. By inputting the mileage and offset to be staked, the software calculates the corresponding design coordinates. After receiving real-time measured coordinates from the connected instrument or manually inputting them, the software will automatically calculate guidance values for forward, backward, left, and right adjustments during staking.
Slope Staking
Supports flexible definition of slope types, including sudden and gradual changes for cut and fill slopes. Graphical display shows the positional relationship between measured points and the slope, making it easier for users to guide on-site construction.
Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) Attitude Measurement
Using pier templates and their position on the alignment, accurately calculates the characteristic points of various structures on the bridge pier foundation.
Cross-section Measurement
Suitable for measuring the cross-section of roadbeds, river channels, and other linear projects at any mileage, and exporting the data as CAD drawings.
Bridge Staking
Utilizes pier templates and their position on the alignment to accurately calculate the characteristic points of various structures on the bridge pier foundation.
Center Fitting
Measures several coordinate points on the circumference of steel rings or segments and performs adjustment fitting calculations to obtain the fitted center coordinates and radius. These results are compared with the design values for construction reference.
